Oxbridge Christmas Party - 8th December 2013

To close a year full of wonderful events in style, we have the pleasure of inviting you and your guest(s) to a Christmas Party complete with mince pies and mulled wine

on Sunday 8th December from 5pm to 8pm

at my house in Tervuren, Gordaallaan 14.

This event is free for members and their spouses/partners. For any additional guest we would request the modest sum of 5€/head.

To ensure the highest quality in Christmas delights, the mince pies will be sourced from the UK - therefore please do let me know via this form  if you wish to attend so that we can sufficiently plan the catering. Please register your interest by Monday 2nd December.

ps The local council has decided to seriously dig up our road and one of the neighbouring roads (Pater Dupierreuxlaan). Coming from the Leuvensesteenweg you cannot turn into our road but have to make the small detour as described on the attached picture. You will have to park in the Costerlaan and walk the last few metres in fairly muddy conditions. So, it is advisable to come armed with wellies and change into your usual shoes on arrival (what fun that is going to be!!). Anyone too frail to walk can be dropped off by car at our front door, but the car will still have to be parked in the neighbouring street. Please let me know if you anticipate any difficulties for yourself in view of this situation, we will find a solution.
