The Boat Race Party, Sunday April 6th 2014

The Oxford University Society of Belgium, the Cambridge Society of Belgium, in collaboration with Royal Sport Nautique de Bruxelles invite you to their Boat Race Party.

The 160th Boat Race between Oxford and Cambridge takes place on Sunday 6th April 2014. The Oxford University Society of Belgium and the Cambridge Society of Belgium invite you to join them to watch the race on a large screen television and then celebrate or commiserate afterwards with a buffet supper.

Join us from 6.00 p.m. onwards at the club house of the Royal Sport Nautique de Bruxelles, 170 chaussée de Vilvorde, 1120 Brussels for a welcome drink while Robert Stanbury (Cantab. and former Blue Boat cox) introduces the race, which sets off at 7.00. p.m. Afterwards you have the option of helping yourself from a splendid cold buffet while renewing old friendships and establishing new ones.

Attendance at the screening is free, just buy your own drinks at the bar; participation in the buffet is €25 per head, including the welcome drink.  Children under six free, under twelve €10.
